Corporate e-mail Signer
The e-mail has been the most important tool used by all organizations, independent of their sizes, in the internet environment. The e-mail is also the main source of virtual threats, which include spams, phishing, spywares and several other types of viruses and threats. The use of corporate digital certificates to sign messages (e-mails, notifications, commercial documents and newsletters) is, above all, a clear sign of maturity and responsibility shown by the companies when they ensure the origin and content of their messages, besides being an important tool in the fight against all these virtual threats.
By using digital signature technologies, QualiSoft’s Corporate e-mail Signer (QualiSoft CeSigner) is the most efficient way to inhibit the inappropriate use of your company’s image. The e-mail recipient is able to identify and distinguish the true corporate message from malicious or fraudulent e-mails.
CeSigner is an essential tool to establish the necessary trust and safety levels for the stability and success of businesses in the internet environment.

An e-mail signed by CeSigner is reliable because this system only works with Digital Certificates of Classes 2 or 3. These digital certificates are used to confirm the existence of the certificate owner’s electronic address, his identity number and address, as well as additional information maintained in recognized databases and related to the certificate owner, and verification of respective representation powers for corporate cases. Such certificates are issued only with the submission of corroborative documents to the Certification Authority.
Therefore, when receiving a message signed by CeSigner, the recipient has guarantees that:
At the certificate validation moment, the e-mail address existed and the sender had control over it;
The e-mail address domain is correctly registered in the sender’s name;
The sender is aware of and has agreed with the terms and conditions to issue the certificate, being responsible for the information signed by such certificate.
